My place is in Caloocan and that's one of the areas covered in water crisis.  Water came in today but it will be gone in less than 2hours.  The supply is scheduled to rotate.  But for sure, it won't be back to normal after a week. It's also tiring to complain.

We seriously need rain but it only rains because of cloud seeding... not really a big help.

I looked the situation up and I think your area needs someone smarter handling the water management. Everyone suffers because of just a few bad decisions.

I'll do a rain spell for you tonight for whatever help that's worth! ^_^;
